Ojai holds more than a special place for us at Allen, it’s also where many of us live! Meet Eric Johnson and Joe Beazley, two of our longstanding employee-owners who live in the Ojai Valley and play a key role for our projects in the area. Joe leads our Ojai production team, while Eric is involved from start to finish as a Principal and pre-construction expert. Over the last decade, Allen has completed more than $20M on projects in Ojai, ranging from smaller remodels and ADUs to large estates, historical renovations, and fire hardening projects. All in, we have seven employee-owners who live in the Ojai Valley with their families, a lot of Nordhoff grads, and heavy connection to this place we get to call home.
