Information we collect stays with Allen Construction. Any company or user information collected by Allen Construction will only be used to improve your Allen Construction experience. NO DATA COLLECTED FROM MINORS

You must be at least 18 years old to have our permission to use this Site. Our policy is that we do not knowingly collect, use or disclose Personally Identifiable Information about visitors that are under 18 years of age. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. Squarespace

This website is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace collects personal data when you visit this website including:

  • Information about your browser, network and device

  • Web pages you visited prior to coming to this website

  • Your IP address

Squarespace needs the data to run this website, and to protect and improve its platform and services. Squarespace analyzes the data in a de-personalized form.

Allen Construction

We collect data from you in different ways. Some of them are direct (for example when you sign up for our newsletter). Others are by visiting the Site or interacting with us even without having an account (such as through social media). Some other information may also be collected by simply visiting an affiliate or sales partner.

Our collection endpoints include when you:

  • Sign-up for our newsletter;

  • Make inquiries (such as those submitted here: https://www.buildallen.com/lets-build-together);

  • Engage with us on social media; and

  • Communicate with us.

Through engaging with us on social media, you may provide information to be published or displayed (hereinafter, "posted") on public areas of the Site, or transmitted to other users of the Site or third parties (collectively, "User Contributions"). Your User Contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. Although we limit access to certain pages, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of the Site with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Automated services and Interactions

As you interact with the Site, we may automatically collect technical data about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns.

This may include information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, network and device, and browser type as well as details of your visits to our Site, including traffic data, clicks, pages visited, scrolling data, searches, timestamps, location data, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Site. We may also collect tracking data when you use the Site and/or the services, or when you click on one of our adverts.

We share this information with Squarespace, our website analytics provider, to learn about site traffic and activity.

We may also receive personal data about you from various types of third parties, including:

  • Technical data and/or tracking data from analytics providers, advertising networks and search information providers; and

  • Identity and contact data from deal and sales partners that you have agreed to share your information with us.

In the future, we may use an outside ad serving company to display banner advertisements on our Site. As part of their service, they will place a separate cookie on your computer. We will not provide any third-party ad server with any of your Personally Identifiable Information. We and our third-party ad server will collect and use Non-Personally Identifiable Information about you, such as your IP address, browser type, the server your computer is logged onto, the area code and zip code associated with your server and whether you responded to a particular ad. Other advertisers may also place banner ads on our Site in the same manner as above, but we will not disclose any Personally Identifiable Information to them.

LOG FILES

As is true of most web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information may include IP addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data. We may combine this automatically collected log information with other information we collect about you. We do this to for purposes of analytics and to improve site functionality.

WIDGETS

Our Site may, at certain times, utilize Social Media Features, such as showing a Twitter or Facebook feed. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. HOW WE USE COLLECTED INFORMATION

Allen Construction does not process your Sensitive Personal Information to draw inferences about you.  We may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes only:

  • To improve customer service | Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.

  • To personalize user experience | We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site.

If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email and you may also unsubscribe within your profile settings.

We use your internet protocol address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer the Site. Due to the communications standards on the World Wide Web, when you visit the Site, we automatically receive the URL of the website from which you came and the website to which you are going when you leave the Site. Additionally, advertisers receive the URL of the page you were on when you click on an advertisement or partner link on the Site.
