Wendy joined the Allen team as an Executive Assistant to the CEO in 2017 and has since developed a deep understanding of Allen’s vision, values, and commitment to putting people first. Today, as Director of People & Culture, she is dedicated to preserving and strengthening the exceptional culture that makes Allen a place where employees can thrive. Outside of work Wendy is happiest near the ocean. Whether in or on the water, swimming, surfing tiny waves, paddling an outrigger, watching the sunrise and sunsets from the sand, dreaming of sailing, or simply spending time adventuring with friends while capturing moments on her camera, she finds balance, inspiration, and perspective from diverse communities. Her appreciation for connection, community, and adventure carries into her professional life, where she strives to create a work environment where people feel a true sense of belonging, purpose, and pride in being employee-owners.
