VINNY HASKIN

As Chief Financial Officer of Allen Construction, Vinny brings a strategic, long-term financial vision that supports the company’s continued growth and employee-first culture. With over seven years of experience in finance and operations and eleven years in the construction industry, Vinny has been instrumental in guiding the company through major milestones and ensuring financial sustainability.

In his current role as CFO, Vinny continues to drive value and innovation, most notably by leading the strategic acquisition of the company’s Santa Barbara office building. This purchase underscores Allen’s investment in its future and its deep roots in the local community. Vinny is passionate about fostering financial transparency, operational efficiency, and employee empowerment. His steady leadership and business acumen help ensure that Allen remains a trusted builder and employer of choice in the Central Coast region.

Vinny started his construction career as an estimator and eventually a project manager for general contractors in Southern California before making the switch to accounting and finance after finishing his bachelor’s degree in finance from California State University, Northridge. Prior to joining Allen, Vinny was a Senior Corporate Accountant for a general contractor in Ventura.

Vinny currently lives in Portland, Oregon with his wife Catie. In his free time, he loves to hike and enjoy all the outdoor amenities that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. You can also find him attending the local soccer team and baseball team games. When it’s not raining, he loves to get out and golf at the local courses.
