Raised in Sonoma County with a deep appreciation for craft and place, he brings a quiet drive to every project, balancing beauty, performance, and precision. He joined Allen in 2016 to do just that: partner early with clients and architects to shape a strong foundation—technical, financial, and relational—before the first shovel hits the ground.

Ryan is your first contact, and he’ll stay with you long after the build. When he is not working on your project he leads our estimating and sustainability teams, championing practices that are good for people and the planet. A trusted voice in the local green building community, he regularly shares his insight as a speaker and resource.
