JOHNATHAN ANSELMO

With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Johnathan Anselmo brings a wealth of knowledge in leadership, technical construction expertise, sales, and team development. His work has spanned a range of trades and industries, with a strong focus on high-end residential projects.

Originally from New Orleans, Johnathan’s early career included working on historic homes an experience that shaped his meticulous approach to craftsmanship and design. Preserving the historic while integrating modern features taught him the balance of tradition and innovation that he carries into every project. Now based in Santa Barbara, he continues to bring that same care and attention to detail to his work.

Johnathan joined the company in 2020 and quickly became known for his mentorship, fairness, and relationship-first approach. He’s passionate about supporting both clients and teammates, and believes in making “as many friends as you do invoices.” Guided by values of honesty, integrity, and preparation, his work is grounded in a commitment to people as much as projects.

Outside of the jobsite, Johnathan is a dedicated endurance athlete who trains for and competes in ultramarathons. Fitness, nutrition, and discipline are a constant in his life and a perfect match for the mental and physical demands of both his professional and personal goals. He and his wife Yeni, who works for a local community nonprofit, are raising two daughters, Ava and Clio. Whether he’s chasing adventure or gathered around the table for family meals, Johnathan finds balance in the things that matter most.
