ERIC JOHNSON

As a Principal and VP, Pre-Construction for Allen Construction, Eric ensures that our clients receive the highest quality of service from the initial meeting through the entire build process. Eric has an extensive construction background with over 27 years of experience. Eric worked “bags on” early in his career and has since managed projects from commercial buildings all the way to ultra-high-end custom residential projects in Beverly Hills.

The son of a concrete man and general contractor, Eric understandably believes that building great homes starts with a solid foundation. Eric enjoys the people aspects of his job including building strong partnerships and teams and helping clients navigate the sometimes complicated process of building their dream home. Eric has a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara and strives to incorporate green and environmentally sustainable concepts into his work.  

In his free time, Eric enjoys camping, surfing, and hiking along the California coast with his wife, Trisha, and twin daughters, Kenya and Anika.
