Santa Ynez Valley Ranch Estate

This new, 10,000 sq. ft. Santa Ynez Valley Ranch was inspired by the simple Spanish colonial styles of South America. The estate sits on an extensive ranch property at the base of Figueroa Mountain. With reclaimed-railroad-trestle-beam ceilings, hardwood floors, custom fireplace surrounds, and handcrafted metalwork, the interior has more of a sophisticated European ambience than a traditional ranch feel. Built around a central courtyard, the home is reminiscent of an Andalusian-style hacienda. Resident amenities include a 10,000-bottle wine cellar and a swimming pool with permanent diving boulders.
