Step 1: Pre-Construction

Pre-construction is key to meeting a tight schedule and, ultimately, to ensuring the success of any commercial project. We will work with you and the rest of your project team beginning in the earliest stages of your project to ensure a smooth and cost-effective project. Pre-construction activities include the following:

  • Establish client expectations
  • Review goals+responsibilities
  • Conduct feasibility studies
  • Project milestone dates
  • Draft budgets+schedules
  • Coordinate with funding entities
  • Identify opportunities for value engineering
  • Confirm decision points, approach
  • Set an estimated completion date

Step 2: Construction Management

Our Superintendent masterfully oversees the construction of your commercial project. This person has many responsibilities, including the following:

  • Ensure permit approval + project compliance
  • Develop short-term + full project schedules
  • Coordinate appropriate testing+inspections
  • Create demolition+waste management plan with recycling+diversion targets
  • Prepare daily subcontractor work reports
  • Identify and notify client of potential changes
  • Maintain as-built documentation
  • Manage subcontractor progress
