Our Process

The goal of the Allen Care & Repair team is to earn our clients’ trust and respect for life. Our home improvement quality assurance process involves the following steps and ensures that your project is completed successfully.

Step 1: Consult

When you contact us regarding your small project, an Allen Care & Repair project manager schedules a site visit with you. During this visit, the project manager gets to know you and listens to your needs and desires for the project.

Step 2: Plan

Following the site visit, the project manager produces a work proposal, seeks competitive bids, creates a detailed budget, establishes a schedule, and generates a contract for the agreed-upon work. If needed, an in-house designer is available for assistance.

Step 3: Build

The project manager oversees construction of your project, keeping it on schedule and within budget. As with all of our projects, we ensure the use of healthy building processes and products, monitor the quality of the craftsmanship, and keep you regularly informed about progress.

Step 4: Complete

The work is finished, and it’s time to enjoy your beautifully renovated kitchen or bathroom, new deck, updated exterior, or other home improvement! We provide you with a helpful manual containing contact information for the trade contractors who worked on your home, pictures taken throughout the process, warrantees, and maintenance guidelines.
